All submissions will remain anonymous unless you specifically request that we include your name. Your e-mail address will also remain confidential and will not be used in any way for any other purpose. These stories will be submitted to Michael Moore on a regular basis for his review, as well as to our political representatives.

Please keep your submissions as concise and brief as possible to allow space for others to tell their stories. Type your story in single space and with only one space in between sentences. Use plain black font - no colors or elaborate sizes, please. We prefer simple black font and Verdana 10-point is even better.

We suggest you follow the format featured on the "SiCKO in Sedona" story page to the best of your ability. We have created a submission form below for your convenience. Please give your submission a title or subject and keep it as concise as possible.

The Sedona Observer reserves the right to edit submissions for length, grammar, punctuation and style in accordance with professional journalism industry standards.
